Um.... My friendslist isn't available to the public? Does that mean others can't add me?

I sent out friend requests to get noticed, nobody was supporting me.

I can't find the area to convert my profile, so as you can see it's a normal account, but it was made for my music. I customized it to be that way too.

I still live in Garden Grove, and I go to the monthly PS. I don't know Nyow or Spehyrn.
