I don't watch a lot of TV as it happens, but I'm catching up on all the goodies like Buffy, Angel, Doctor Who, Battlestar Galactica, and I have a few old favourites like Kingdom Hospital, Firefly and various animes like Full Metal Alchemist, FLCL, Bleach, Hellsing, Wolf's Rain, etc

I don't movie much at all. But I'll always sit in for a classic like Star Wars or Neverending Story, and I have a few quirky childhood favourites like Legend, Warlock, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and anything really terrible and occulty at the same time, heh.

Muse! Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, The Bravery, The Scissor Sisters, ThouShaltNot, Freezepop, Shiny Toy Guns, Jaurim, Neko Case, a lot of 80s music, a lot of cheesy dance/techno/DDR stuff, Malice Mizer, Sting, the Police, Jem, Akira Yamaoka, Radiohead, Blaqk Audio, Daft Punk, Johnathan Coulton, TV on the Radio, and many many others. And of course Castlevania music.

Stephen R. Donaldson, Octavia Butler, Steven Brust, Larry Niven, Stephen King, Jim Butcher, Neil Gaiman, and Lovecraft are my favourite authors, but I like a lot of hard sci-fi, high fantasy, and non-chick lit occult stuff as a general rule, plus nonfiction re: animal behaviour, gender studies, history and religion (esp. classic or celtic) and herpetology.

my main: Noctifer, a clydesdaleXstaffordshire (pitbull). happy, violent, strong dogpony :D orangey-chestnut with some brindling and white paws/underbelly/hoof feathering. Has most of my piercings and bat-themed accessories, including a glow-in-the-dark bat shirt. Basically me.
Magpuppie: a magpie/spaniel creature, usually feral, red-brown and white with black and white wings and a red collar.
Nox: a zombie/leper unicorn. Can be feral, taur, or rarely, anthro. Green skin, Friesian horse style mane and tale/hair, dead white eyes, hooves look vaguely insectile. Human part of taur form is very pale, with elf-like ears.

I'm a 24yr old classics major, or perhaps a dragon. I live with lots of animals, books, and video games, and I work in a library FOR NOW. I enjoy geeking out about snakes, piercings, old school gaming, sci-fi, whatever. I'm an even mixture of nerd and feral child. Obsessed with Castlevania and Tilda Swinton and demon porn and and and... I'm queer, atheist but religious, an enthusiastic perv and trickster, and an occasional drag king. I have a strange fascination with masks, but I don't own any. I still think cat macros and 4chan memes are funny, ESPECIALLY when voiced in real life. Haha, that probably makes me lame, but INTERNETS. I'm in the middle of possibly the most stressful period in my life, trying to move to New Orleans within the next week and a half or so and OH MY GOD YOU GUYS what am I gonna doooooooooo? I want a dinky little shotgun house with a yard that's close to Tulane, please gods just let me get that.
